Carrie Goss

I started working in mental health billing in 1997.‬ The birth of my daughter that year inspired me to take a‬ leap of faith: determined to work for myself, I quit my job and headed to New York City for a medical billing software training‬ class. My first client was a psychologist and I decided early on to make mental health my niche. Word of mouth continued to grow my business, and I’ve worked hard to adapt to many changes in the industry. After all this time I still truly love providing valuable services to my clients all across Virginia and exceeding their expectations. I get a great sense of satisfaction because I know that my work is helping you do yours more efficiently!

I have four amazing children and enjoy spending time with my family and friends,‬‭ reading, traveling, and hiking, and paddle boarding with my dog, Darcy.‬

Anna Raby 

Verification Team Lead & Credentialing Lead

Anna joined Goss Practice Solutions at the beginning of 2025, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. With a three-year background in the mental health field, she offers strong knowledge of billing procedures. Her previous role as an office manager sharpened her problem-solving and organizational skills. Anna oversees all verification-related concerns and network credentialing processes. Her diverse experience and can-do attitude make her an invaluable part of our team.  

Yvette Yates

Benefit Verification & Payment Specialist 

Yvette has worked in the medical field since 2009. Before joining Goss Practice Solutions, she spent five years as an operations coordinator within a healthcare system, supporting individuals directly and indirectly impacted by incidents of mass violence. In that role, she managed daily office operations, vetted mental health providers, assisted clients in navigating their insurance benefits, and processed invoices funded by a federal grant.

Outside of work, Yvette enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking on the beach, and watching sunsets. She is passionate about helping others and is a firm believer in leading with compassion, grace, kindness, respect, and love in every interaction.

Pam Morgan

Credentialing Maintenance & Contract Resolution Specialist

Pam has been a valued member of the Goss Practice Solutions team since 2021. She has played a key role in supporting our clients through the complex world of insurance contracting, credentialing upkeep, and claim resolution.

Pam has worked in the medical field since 1999, building her career from the ground up after earning an associate’s degree in medical technology. She brings over a decade of experience in mental health billing and credentialing, and her commitment to accuracy and follow-through is evident in everything she does. Pam works closely with insurance payers to maintain up-to-date credentialing files, resolve contract-related denials, and provide steady support across operational needs. 

Outside of work, she finds joy in hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family. She lives by the motto: “Strive for progress, not perfection.”
