Hi, I’m Carrie Goss. I work with mental health professionals in Virginia and Tennessee who’d rather focus on patients than deal with insurance billing. At Goss Practice Solutions, I handle your practice’s billing for the complete lifecycle of the claim—so you can care for your patients and your practice. Since 1997, I’ve been helping mental health professionals with billing and nowadays, I specialize in helping small, personalized practices thrive.

My Story

20+ years ago, I opened a full-service billing agency. Through word of mouth, it got bigger and bigger—which amazed me and made me feel really proud. Before I knew it, I was running a large insurance billing agency with many clients, including large group practices. In 2014, I still loved my work—but as a wife and mom of four children, I craved a little more balance in my life.

I realized that I found it most rewarding to help the solo practitioners and small practices who cared as much about personalized service as I do.

Why? I could see that my work was making their lives easier. I could see the direct impact of how my strengths and passions were supporting theirs. 

In recent years, I tapered my large agency into a boutique medical billing business, and I couldn’t be happier. Now, at Goss Practice Solutions, I’m able to provide my clients with the most personalized service possible… and that means direct access to me.
