Hi, I’m Carrie Goss. I work with mental health professionals in Virginia who’d rather focus on patients than deal with insurance billing. At Goss Practice Solutions, I handle your practice’s billing for the complete lifecycle of the claim — so you can care for your patients and your practice. Since 1997, I’ve been helping mental health professionals with billing and nowadays, I specialize in helping small, personalized practices thrive.

My Story

20+ years ago, I opened a full-service billing agency. Through word of mouth, it got bigger and bigger—which amazed me and made me feel really proud. Before I knew it, I was running a large insurance billing agency with many clients, including large group practices. In 2014, I still loved my work—but as a wife and mom of four children, I craved a little more balance in my life.

I realized that I found it most rewarding to help the solo practitioners and small practices who cared as much about personalized service as I do.

Why? I could see that my work was making their lives easier. I could see the direct impact of how my strengths and passions were supporting theirs. 

In recent years, I tapered my large agency into a boutique medical billing business, and I couldn’t be happier. Now, at Goss Practice Solutions, I’m able to provide my clients with the most personalized service possible… and that means direct access to me.
